Born Again

He was born by the Spirit of God
Not by the will of man
So is everyone that is born of God
You must be born again.
Jesus is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah
But He came as a Lamb
He went to His death
But then was born again.
Death could not hold Him
Hell was defeated, could not win
Darkness cannot comprehend Light
Now He is risen again.
He was the first born from the dead
Soon we may be joining Him
If we follow His directions
You must be born again.
Can the whole world contain Him
Can you take it in
The creator of the universe
Came to take away your sin.
In spring everything comes to life
You wonder where it’s been
All of nature reveals
You must be born again.
If you do not have the Spirit of Christ
You do not belong to Him
The only way you can have His Spirit
You must be born again.
People are trying to get saved
Trying since they don’t know when
Good works and good churches don’t save you
You must be born again.
Can your little church contain Him
Can it hold His glory in
The whole world is screaming
You must be born again.
Your heart may not be right
It may be full of sin
If you want it to be normal
You must be born again.
We’re made in the image of God
His Spirit can live within
But He has to make you new
You must be born again.
Jesus has always existed
But He came to earth to die for sin
He was crucified and was buried
Then He was born again.
He went back to His Father
He was God and He was man
He sent back His Holy Spirit
Now we can be born again.
Ask Jesus into your heart
Ask Him to forgive your sin
When He makes your heart new
Then you are born again.
You will have God’s Spirit from above
God will be living within
You have passed from death to life
When you have been born again.
Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost
Is that hard to understand
Churches are not the answer
You must be born again.
The first time you had no choice
Your parents conceived you in sin
But the next family you can choose
If you have been born again.
God becomes your Father
You have been invited in
Into the family of God
When you are born again.
Don’t take it lightly
Or you will remember when
You were given the chance by God
You must be born again.
God makes it so plain
He explains it to the simplest of men
If a person desires salvation
He must be born again.
The first time Jesus came
There was no room in the inn
Is there room in your heart for Him
You must be born again.
Jesus came to save you
He wants to be your friend
If you want to fellowship with God
You must be born again.
If you don’t accept Jesus
You’ll be out of His hand
This will be the great doublecross
You must be born again.
If you are feeling dead
No life is within
This should tell you something
You must be born again.
You can’t change your heart
There is only one who can
It’s an inside job
You must be born again.
God made it so simple
To ignore it is a sin
The life is in the blood
You must be born again.
You should accept Jesus for life
On Him you can depend
He’s the only answer for you
You must be born again.
Jesus is making room for you
With open arms He invites you in
He hasn’t crossed you off
You must be born again.
Jesus’ words are spirit and life
These words will be forever etched within
Jesus’ words are eternal
You must be born again.
Time is marching on
Someday you will remember when
It was so easy to be saved
You must be born again.
Don’t face God as a sinner
Don’t face Him in your sin
Jesus is giving you His answer
You must be born again.
Hell is getting full
Death is the wages of sin
Before you take that final step
You must be born again.
Heaven is waiting for you
The gates are bidding you to come in
But the Door has been shut to some
For those not born again.
Where are you going from here
Will you start a new trend
Will you go against the crowd
You must be born again.
Excuses will be useless
One thing you must understand
If you want to go to heaven
You must be born again.
God has a heart for you
Do you have one for Him
Have you given Him your heart
You must be born again.
God has given the invitation
He has included every man
He is not willing that any should perish
But you must be born again.
He is being very personable
He comes in person to His friends
He is praying for you by name
But you must be born again.
He has paid for your salvation
He took it in His own hands
He was dying to tell you
You must be born again.
He has given you an invitation
What kind have you given Him?
If you want Him to be a part of you
You must be born again.
He won’t come without an invitation
He won’t force His way in
Don’t make Him wait too long
You must be born again.
A King has come to your door
He has offered to be your Friend
His heart has been pierced
So you can be born again.
Answer this piercing question
Tell me if you can
Can God make it any easier
You must be born again.
He has a kingdom waiting
Where there will be no sin
Is there any thing else God can do
You must be born again.
He went out of His way to save you
Heaven one day you will want to enter in
Will you be able to answer the question
Are you born again?
It’s time to wake from your sleep
It’s time to put away your sin
Ask Jesus into your heart
You must be born again.
Doing penance will not help
Don’t go to such great pain
Repentance may be more impressive
But you must be born again.
Good works are important
They figure into God’s plan
But they won’t save you
You must be born again.
God has made it so simple
But some don’t comprehend
God really does love you
But you must be born again.
One sin will doom you
But blood cleanses from all sin
If you want to change from sinner to saint
You must be born again.
Are you being responsible
How will you deal with your sin
God has taken it upon Himself
You must be born again.
Your education won’t do it
There is no other plan
God hung His answer on the cross
You must be born again.
You should fall to your knees
Before God no one can stand
Unless they have been adopted as sons
You must be born again.
You can’t get to heaven without Jesus
The Bible makes it plain
Worrying and crying won’t save you
You must be born again.
God is hung up on His answer
He is sticking to His plan
Anyone can go to heaven
As long as he is born again.
Some people hang the cross on their necks
Jesus hung it to His hands
The cross should be your reminder
You must be born again.
God has put His son on display
Blood has been shed for all men
What can take the place of this sacrifice
You must be born again.
If you try to compete with Jesus
You just don’t understand
There’s no way you can save yourself
You must be born again.
God is not impressed with your fortune
He has more gold than the desert has sand
If you want to get God’s attention
You must be born again.
Some people approach God with good works
Others just try to hide their sin
God is not impressed with your looks
You must be born again.
Here’s a piercing question
Answer it if you can
Does the world know your answer
Are you born again?
God is not beating around the bush
He is making it real plain
We finally have Him nailed down
You must be born again.
God has a question
Whom will I send
Someone must tell the people
You must be born again.
The cross is to them that perish foolishness
But it transcends the wisdom of men
Who but God could envision it
You must be born again.
We have so many hang ups
Hang ups are common to all men
God has a hang up too
You must be born again.
What is your hang up
You should be able to understand
God is hung up on the cross
You must be born again.
