Clouds may try to move in
Clouding a bright summer day
But the sun is still shining
And time will move the clouds away.
People have asked for a sign
And God has provided one today
A Light in a world of darkness
Someone He has called The Way.
Heaven is higher than the earth
And God’s thoughts are too
Creation was not complete
That’s why God created you.
Heaven is higher than the earth
But clouds are part of the view
God’s Light shining down from Heaven
Is God’s gift to you.
We try to see some hope
As clouds obscure our view
But soon the clouds will have to part
And God’s Light will come shining through.
Clouds are only temporary
They will pass over and go out of view
But God’s love will last forever
And He sends all His love to you.
