Jesus came to this earth
It was a world He had made
But He turned it over to us
He was always giving away.

Love is always giving
This is the greatest Way
Jesus was love, you can tell
He was always giving away.

I know my mother loved me
I didn’t have to hear her say
She didn’t have to use words
She was always giving away.

Watch a mother tending her children
Watching over them as they lay
Giving her self into exhaustion
Always giving away.

Watch a father out working
Exhausted at the end of a day
Watch where his payday goes
He’s always giving away.

Watch a little girl hug her mother
Give her the present she has made
Watch her watch for her approval
Her love she is giving away.

Around the world it is repeated
Over and over each day
The universal desire of man is love
For those they love they give away.

Jesus gave up His glory in heaven
Came to earth one glorious day
Showed us what God is like
Always giving away.

You can’t stay away from those you love
Jesus will be returning to us one day
He’s going to rule this earth
He’s always giving away.

God is looking to the future
He’s always looking for a new day
Looking at what we will become
God’s love is being given away.

In the future we may realize
On Jesus our sins have all been laid
The world turned down a gift from heaven
God’s love we gave away.

Jesus hung on a cross bleeding
To the world His love was displayed
I guess God was bloody right
It was a dead give away.

He gave the sun to warm us
The food we eat every day
Everything we need to survive
Jesus is still giving away.

We can see the flowers
In their beauty so arrayed
God has decorated the world just for us
Jesus is still giving away.

A farmer may raise a crop
With money we call it paid
But no one has ever created anything
Yet Jesus is still giving away.

Look at the great universe
Show me one thing you have made
Man can only rearrange
What Jesus is giving away.

God, I would like to ask you
But I’m somewhat afraid
Isn’t there anything else you can do
While you’re in the mood to give away?

You made a world so beautiful
And for a while it stayed
We’ve taken the things you have created
And just about given it away.

Well, I hope you know what you’re doing
You’re inviting us to heaven on that day
Your love is out of this world
Cause You’re always giving away.

You say you still love us
I guess I would say
Something must have motivated You
Cause You’re always giving a Way.

Jesus gave food to the hungry
Salvation to those gone astray
Everywhere He went, people were blessed
Jesus was always giving away.

Her gave wine to the wedding
Wine so good they were amazed
Come and taste that the Lord is good
Jesus was always giving away.

What has Jesus given to you?
Has He answered the prayers you prayed?
There’s millions who have discovered
Jesus is always giving away.

Jesus gave His ears to those who call
His heart to the children who played
The ones no one will listen to
To them Jesus is giving away.

He is waiting for you to call
Upon His name as you pray
Just remember God loves you
That’s why He’s always giving away.

Look at the air you are breathing
You can’t see it, there’s no way
But like God, you can feel it’s presence
As you watch God giving away.

He gives His love without reservations
He gives His peace every day
He gives joy to the downhearted
He’s always giving away.

Jesus is building a home in heaven
One that no one can take away
Jesus is hoping you’ll be there
Jesus is always giving away.

He wants to give you heaven
Send a little heaven to this earth today
He is busy working in our hearts
Jesus is busy just giving away.

Jesus gave deliverance to the demon possessed
They were in a clear mind just talking away
About the One who gave them freedom
And how Jesus was always giving away.

Jesus gave sight to the blind
He cured the lepers of His day
Jesus was seeking out the needy
Jesus was always giving away.

He didn’t hide from the poor
He fed thousands in one day
He gave more than was needed
He was always giving away.

Jesus gave strength to the weak
The crippled jumped and walked away
He gave them a touch of heaven
He was always giving away.

What else could He give?
Tell Him the next time you pray
If you wonder whether He loves you
Just look at Him giving away.

Is this a secret that you’re hearing?
If it were, I’d have to say
Jesus would gladly show it to you
He was always giving away.

We were all lost in sin
All of us had gone astray
When we were hopeless and lost
God was giving a Way.

Jesus will always be giving
What more can I say?
He will keep giving, it’s His nature
Jesus is always giving away.

We have the nature of Jesus
If He is living in us today
He gave His Spirit to live within our hearts
He is always giving away.

Some people think Jesus can’t save them
This is one time not to be dismayed
It’s His pleasure to give you the kingdom
He is always giving away.

He gave His head so they could crown Him
With a crown of thorns on that day
People who give sometimes must suffer
But He Keeps giving away.

He gave His hands to those who nailed Him
To a cross on that day
We showed God how we can give too
But yet God is always giving any way.

Jesus came to give us the truth
He said, I Am, the Truth, the Way
He gave Himself to us completely
He is always giving away.

God looked down from heaven
As we crucified His son that day
Sometimes I have to wonder
Why He is always giving away.

Jesus sweated blood in the garden
He went through torment I guess you’d say
He didn’t want to be crucified
But He is always giving away.

Can this cup pass from me
Jesus asked as He knelt and prayed
God said there’s no other Way
So Jesus kept giving a Way.

It is His nature, He never changes
For our sins He has completely paid
Everything He had He had to give
He gave Himself all the Way.

Jesus came to earth to save us
God said the bill has been paid
God gave us grace and mercy
And Jesus keeps giving away.

Just enjoy the blessings
The bill has already been paid
The checks been picked up by someone else
The One who is always giving away.

We are always sinning
But the bill has already been paid
It was paid in full by services rendered
Jesus is always giving away.

Notice that God said you may come
All your sins on Jesus was laid
God is giving you grace and mercy
He is always giving away.

God gives us life and the air we breathe
He gives answers when we pray
God gave His only Son to us
He is always giving away.

He gives us peace beyond understanding
He gives a peace no one can take away
The world can not comprehend it
He is always giving away.

He gave His clothes to the soldiers
On the ground they gambled and played
He was asking nothing in return
He was always giving away.

He gave His back for our healing
With whips the soldiers did flay
With His stripes we are healed
He is always giving away.

He gave forgiveness to His tormentors
Can’t you hear Him as He prayed?
Father, forgive them, He was praying
Jesus just kept giving away.

You’re hanging naked on a cross Jesus
What more can you pay?
Don’t you understand you’re dying?
What else can you give away?

But Jesus never quits giving
Like a flood He gives today
The windows of heaven have been opened
He is always giving away.

As He hung on the cross naked
He didn’t have much more to give that day
But as He looked down on us
He was still giving away.

He saw His mother from the cross
He looked at her face so dismayed
As He looked down in love
His own mother He gave away.

He gave His Spirit to His Father
Into Thy hands I commend my spirit today
His blood He gave completely
In death He was giving a Way

He gave His robe to the soldiers
They gambled for His clothes that day
His robe of righteousness, He will give to you
He is always giving away.

Our life is so very precious
You’ll find out when it’s taken away
Give God thanks for His goodness
He is always giving away.

He gave His peace to those who accept Him
Are you hurting and feeling betrayed?
Sometimes we can be healed and be like Jesus
So keep on giving away.

He gave His cheek to Judas who betrayed Him
His love to Peter who was so dismayed
He gives hope to all who receive Him
He is always giving away.

He gave healing to the woman who touched Him
He is touched by those who pray
He gave new life to Lazarus
He is always giving away.

He gave hope to the hopeless
He gave life to the sleeping maid
He gave fish to the fishermen
He is always giving away.

Then Jesus died and went to hell
Released the ones on whom the devil had preyed
He took the keys of death and hell
He is always giving away.

Jesus went back to heaven
He told his disciples where to stay
Said He would send back His Spirit
He is always giving away.

The Holy Spirit came as Jesus had said
Now it’s a brand new day
But one thing that hasn’t changed much
He is always giving away.

The Holy Spirit draws us to Jesus
Strengthening those who pray
Making real this great Truth
Jesus is always giving away.

He is a Friend to the friendless
No one is ever turned away
When you are nothing you are something
Because Jesus is giving away.

Does God love His people?
As we listen day by day
In this world of troubles
His love is a give a way.

Is God an impersonal Being?
That cares not what we say
Listen to God listening to you
It’s a sure give away.

God, I’m glad you’re God
You deserve all my praise
Only Jesus could have saved my soul
He went all the Way.

Thank you God for sharing with us
Your Son on that day
Some are givers and some are takers
But Jesus keeps giving a Way.

God, when will You stop?
It’s been two thousand years from that day
But as long as someone needs help
Jesus will always be giving away.

God, if we want the very best
We’ll come to Jesus today
We’ll find out what true living is
Why You’re always giving away.

God, I want everything you have to give
I think I’ll do some praying today
I’m making a list just for you
While Jesus is giving a Way.

God gave the best He had to give
When He gave Jesus that day
God, if we want to become more like you
We’ll have to start giving away.
